Training School Vision
“To train up Christ-like disciples & church planters to see
the earth transformed for the glory of His name.”
Church Planting with Antioch
Although the process for becoming a church planter depends a lot on the speed of your personal growth in character and ministry skills, we use a general process to give direction for those wanting to get involved in vocational church planting with Antioch. Its simplified version follows.
1. Get involved in a LifeGroup
2. Intern as a LifeGroup Leader
3. Lead and Multiply a LifeGroup
4. Participate in a Short-term Mission Trip
5. Attend Antioch Training Schools
6. Apply to Join a Church Planting Team with AMI
7. Attend Antioch Staff Values Training
8. Plant a Church!
This process generally takes two to three years before one is actually ready to set foot in their church planting destination. Again, it can take longer depending on personal sanctification, training requirements, team formation, and developing prayer and financial ministry partners.
The Two Training School Tracks
Antioch Training School consists of two equipping tracks: Elevate (Discipleship Track) and 24:14 (Church Planting Track).
*Students must complete the Elevate Track before taking the 24:14 Track
Elevate (Discipleship Track)
Elevate will train students to grow in six main areas:
1. Intimacy with God

3. Making Disciples of Christ
4. Evangelism

6. Prayer & Fasting
The Elevate school runs from September 2011-May 2012 and meets every Friday night from 6:30-10pm. Tuition is $1,400, which includes the cost of books & class outreaches.
24:14 (Church-planting Track)
24:14 will also train students in:
1. Leadership Training

3. Cross-cultural ministry
24:14 dates are to be determined. Tuition is $1,200, not including the approximately $3,000 that students will raise at the end of the semester for an overseas outreach trip.
